Extraction Solutions was established in 2012 by Nick Wright and Neil Parkes after a company buy out disrupted their long-standing working relationship. For many years, NJ Wright & Sons were Neil’s first choice for undertaking the installation of his dust extraction projects, working together on over 100 installations for Dantherm Filtration. After a global buy out threatened their working relationship, and changes within the business created an unworkable atmosphere, Nick invited Neil to join forces and Extraction Solutions Limited was born!

Using Neil’s unmatched knowledge of dust extraction and Nicks unrivalled ability to fit a square peg in a round hole, Extraction Solutions set out to provide good quality equipment with excellent service. We pride ourselves on ensuring our customers have easy communications with our engineers to allow any issues to be resolved quickly anytime throughout the systems lifetime.

We are a small family run company that gives us huge benefits over our larger competitors. Firstly, you are able to talk directly with people who can make decisions and quickly take action to resolve your issues. Secondly, as a smaller business every customer is important to us, we take personal responsibility in ensuring that everything goes to plan.

We employ a design philosophy to implement the simplest solution possible. We minimise moving parts to reduce potential failures, we design for minimal power consumption and reduced maintenance where possible. When we started in 2012 Neil and his son James were operating out of the spare room, now we have a manufacturing workshop and design offices at our base in Yorkshire and continue to grow each year. We hope to continue our journey as one of the UK’s top suppliers of quality dust extraction and waste handling solutions.
