Founded only six years ago, Naturewall has quickly become the largest manufacturer of slatwall products in the UK thanks to their ever-evolving product offerings, staying ahead of trends and exceptional customer service. In 2023 the Yorkshire based company invested in a new specifically designed facility and state of the art machinery to accommodate their rapid expansion and growing product range.

Extraction Solutions worked closely with the team at Naturewall to provide a bespoke, turnkey dust extraction system to suit their current and future needs. Ensuring the quality of the product and simplicity of operation was high on the list of John Hallam, Naturewall Founder, and of course limited impact on production during the installation.

To help ensure machinery was ready to dive straight into action, ESL provided a temporary solution to allow new machinery to be installed, commissioned, and in production prior to the project completion at no additional cost.

The new extraction system features a LBR-R 2HJ filter with online regen fan cleaning system, an NRSZ10 rotary valve which delivers waste directly out of the filter into a skip below. The extraction duty is handled by a highly efficient 30kW inverter-controlled fan, currently operating at only 17kw (and ready for future expansion), the system is pressure monitored to allow constant speed optimization for energy saving operation. The monitoring system also speeds up the fan to accommodate saturation in the filter bags over time, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the extraction at all times.
